According to the texts, we realize that it is fundamentaly important that the teacher always seeks new knowledge, because, according to transformations taking place quicky all over the world if the teacher does not update himself-hirself for this context, he-she will become a person ignorant and unable to associate the realities in which his-her students are experiend. I see that because we are teachers and the demands from us despite not being possessed of all knowledge best still, we are a reference for our work with our students with a view to transform the reality in which we live.
GOOD TEACHER The good teacher is one who is always studying trying to understand the problems of society to then understand the problems their students because this is only the reflexes of the first problems already mentioned. good teacher seeks to understand and analyze the theories for later use in their daily practice, and he also will have fewer problems when they're dealing with the conflicts that arise within the classroom. In addition, he has the highest esteem because you see that your work has significant results and not get sick in nor depressive. Many teachers are discouraged because the long years of stagnant and not studying, not looking for groups of teachers to discuss the issue and still has an aggravating factor which the salary is very low, and often not possible to change this teacher by profession because it has 15 , 18 and even 20 years of work, then they get depressed and out of misuse of office, and are always criticizing, sad and unloved. Thus, it is important to study to expand the horizons, because knowledge he provides subsidies to solve their own problems, and also the problems of people who are close to him, moreover, is very nice to live with a dynamic person who believes that gay we can change all that bothers us especially when we fight together, so it's important category of all teachers seeking to claim their rights to make improvements in wages and better working conditions, because the government will not be aware of this, and who has to use strong and persuasive speech to get the attention of the rulers is the class teacher who has possession of knowledge. The good teacher is a person who fights a lot, but at the same time can be happy, and make themselves memorable for its students helping them find also their profession and also be honest and good at what you do.
